Club Blueprint

We foster a passion for learning among our community that is made up of many cultures forming one club. We expect everyone to be the best version of themselves by doing the right thing, making everyone proud to be part of 345 .

Throughout our football club we follow our core principles of building a solid foundation when performing skills and techniques by designing our training sessions in a way that stimulates cognitive learning and challenges the players mentally as well as technically.

Early Years 3 - 7 years old

Playful learning – by setting environments that are playful, learning is a hidden outcome.

Our Early Years (EY) sessions are the initial step into our football club often being the first experience the children have playing football. With the use of storytelling and imagination we encourage the children to explore football in engaging and age appropriate activities.

By disguising the learning with the children pretending to be a racing car, animals or astronauts they have an enjoyable time all while implicitly developing their ball control and skill development

Pre Academy 7 - 9 years old

Play to learn – by delivering sessions that are random and cognitively stimulating, learning is hidden within the play.

As our next step along our player pathway, children in our pre academy train within small groups based on their interest and skill level to enhance their opportunity for success leading to the children having a positive experience, making football an enjoyable activity for them.

Internal matches and competitions provide the children meaningful exposure to game situations where they are encouraged to transfer their learning from training into competitive situations without pressure to win.

Junior Academy 10 - 14 years old

Learn to play – centered around each individual we equip the children with skills and techniques that will help them play the game.

Children within our junior academy get the benefits of training sessions that are designed with individual focus and emphasis on technique and dual tasking.

Children have the opportunity to travel overseas to represent our club at their stage of development when they are able to demonstrate a pre-set level of skills and techniques.

To provide meaningful competitive competition for the players we arrange weekly internal competitions that are designed to stimulate the players competitive nature all while maintaining our principles of play and style.

Senior Academy 15 + years old

Learn to win – building on the solid foundations built on from their time in Early Years and Junior Academy, when our players enter the senior academy they are encouraged to try and win.

With a focus on teaching the players to become effective members of a team in matches we deliver sessions that follow our principles of effective technique and effort. Performance becomes an area of attention during training and matches with the players always expected to perform at their best in an effort to win.

With the players taking part in local football leagues and cup competitions we can track the development and success of the team on a weekly basis, providing the coaches opportunities to plan training sessions that aid the development of the players to be more effective teammates.
